Looks like Jeffords will chair the Environmental committee within the senate. As an "independent". Could this ploy be based not on ideals but rather on the fact that his liberal tendencies got him shunned by the republicans and embraced by the democrats? Amazing how the democrats on this board applaud his dishonesty. How they embrace his lack of integrity. Looks like Clinton has certainly left his mark on the Liberals. Not only do they lack self respect and morals, but they encourage others to do the same. Makes me sick.

Heard the "distinguished" (barf) Sen Tom Daschel today on tv lauding the way he was going to "push my parties ideals" and grinning like Alfred E. Newman with the silly "what me worry" smile! These guys are like a bunch of snakes coiled to attack anything that GWB proposes with their new found friend and snake in the grass, Sen Jeffords. Charlie PS They make me sick!

Brent I wouldn't call it upset,I'd call it disgusted.
Seems your boy and all his Ideals was simply bought off.The democrats made him a better deal.Yeah disgusted thats it,I suppose we should be used to it by now,seems the Dems have never been much for honesty and integrty,especially lately.Just look at your former leader.What a P O S's(plural)
