Any idea how to reach a responsive person in customer service? I've been waiting for promised authorized return label to send back a batch of bad Partagas.

Osprey92 you seem like a good egg, so I’ll let you in on a little secret.

The owner of CBid is a great BOTL who loves the longtime members here and will occasionally help us out when if we run into any issues. His name is Dave, call him 9-4 central time (214) 914-3337 and ask for Dave. Tell him you’re friends with jaderose so he knows you are an old timer and then let him know what your issue is, he’ll get you fixed up in no time!

I called last week and got through in less than five minutes. Solved the problem BETTER than I could have hoped for, too.

How did they contact you?

When in doubt call 1-800-830-4590. Stay on hold, its YOUR issue. They only have so many people there. When you do you will be rewarded with stellar service.
