Tag was a gentle game the way we played it when I was a kid...open hands only, shoulders and below...no head or neck shots...and you were sposedta leave gimps like me alone...with one artificial knee and arthritis in the other, I caint run...

Telecaster tagged me...he didn't pull any punches...he smacked me hard upside the head and kicked other sensitive parts...

Black Works Studio Rorschach, nh
Dissident Soap Box, nh
Illusione Original Documents Corojo lancero, nh
Plasencia Alma Fuerte, good one
Plasencia Reserva Original, nh
Tatuaje Brown Label Noella, good one
Tatuaje 10th Anniversary Tattoo Capa Especial, nh
Tatuaje 10th Anniversary Tattoo Tuxtla, nh
Trinidad Espiritu Series 2 romusto, nh
Trinidad Espiritu Series 2 lancero, nh

fine selection of mostly never hads which I'm looking forward to smoking...

also in the box: 1) a very cool looking wooden hand tool with 2 sharp prongs, obviously to aid in finishing off the nubs of those cigars he sent,
2) a solid metal 2" x 1" x 1" rectangular block with a 3/8" deep round groove along its length...a cigar stand/holder, monogrammed with my name on one side and my CBid AKA on the other...very nice and classy looking, useful additions to my cigar toy collection.

I really appreciate the variety of strikes, Tele...you obviously have some "shop" skills, as evidenced by your gifts and the hand made guitars in your avatar....thank you very much.

It's gonna take awhile to recover...will ID a target when my head clears...

I did nothing to provoke this, been minding my own business and then horse! I get tele tagged...

- BLTC Bishops Blend Novemdiales 2023 toro, nh and don't have any stashed, can't wait to ash this one!
- BWS Rorschach petite panatela, I keep these on hand and enjoy them regularly.
- Illusione Original Documents Corojo HL lancero, nh, I expect this will be another good one from Illusione.
- Partagas Black Label Magnifico, nh, hoping for great things from this blend.
- Punch Golden Era Toro x2, nh, Honduran Corojo and Habano should make for a nice smoke, I'll share this 2fer with my big bro.
- Tatuaje 10th Anniversary Tuxtla Belle Encre, nh this size/blend of the Tuxtla, really excited to try this one!
- Trinidad Espiritu Series 2 robusto, nh, another one that I can't wait to try. AJF working with Brazilian tobacco, should hit the sweet spot!

Really appreciate the fine smokes, my brother! Plenty of new stuff that I'm looking forward to trying in the very near future. Thank you!

Now, must find a target...Think

Very nice, Tele! You are on a rampage.

Lee is not LOW. Lee will not be low for a very long time. Lee is still licking his wounds from previous hits. Lee will stop talking about himself in the third person now.

Now who's next

As mentioned above, here are the damages from the MaXD TAG.
First off was a handwritten note that definitely threw me off about the contents. He mentioned the Gurka thread he started and I for sure expected a box of Gurka's at that point. At the very least though it would have been a box of never had's if that was the case. But that was not at all the case. Under the note I found a bag containing a good number of sticks and under that was 2 three packs of a local microbrew.

The beer:

Intuition Ale Works "!-10 West Coast IPA"
Veterans United "Raging Blonde Ale"
These will be enjoyed as early as this evening.

The Sticks.............................13 not Gurka's

AJ Fernandez New World Connecticut Toro - NH
Cohiba Blue Robusto - Had only one, will be nice to revisit
Crowned Heads Juarez Willy Lee(Toro) - Like them a lot, never had this vitola
Espinosa Murcielago Robusto - Like them
La Perla Habana White Pearl Churchill Extra - NH
LFD 1994 Churchill - NH this vitola
My Father La Gran Oferta Toro - Love these
Oliva G Maduro Churchill - NH this Vitola
Padron 7000 - Oddly NH this vitola but loved every other one I've tried
Perdomo Reserve 10th Champagne Toro- NH
Rocky Patel Flor De San Andres Toro - NH
Rocky Patel Vintage 1992 Churchill - NH
Romeo y Julieta 1895 Bully Belicoso - NH

Thank you for the wonderful selection. I look forward to spending a lot of time with them.

Whos next.....................................................................

Glad you like the selection JGRAZ! I was a little nervous about the sticks especially since I consider myself really green when it comes to knowing good from bad... but I'm making a big effort to learn more about what I'm smoking and the difference from these chat discussions.
The Gurkha thread is sort of hilarious if any of you want to check it out. As I said, I dont have a great background and trying to learn more... I've been seeing quite a few people smoking Gurkha's at my local cigar bar so thought I'd get on here and ask about them. Well that thread created a mini $hit storm! hahaha Lots of opinions out there but basically NO ONE has anything good to say about Gurkha so I never bought any. So I guess I got what I wanted when asking for what Gurkha to buy... NONE!🤣

Literally 2-3 weeks ago stopped at a local shpo. Talked to the worker there. He told me he was really into Gurkha as his favorite brand.

It was at that moment…. Grabbed a Caldwell Anastasia and headed out. Glad I didn’t listen to anything he recommended

It really was a good discussion. My goal was to learn get a suggestion as I continue to learn about different cigars and I got a whole lot more. Glad we can benefit from the conversation it stirred up!
