Trump should hope SCOTUS rejects absolute presidential immunity.

The day SCOTUS decides that absolute exists Biden has Trump and all Republican politicians assassinated. This would be entirely legal if absolute presidential immunity is the law of the land. This is not apt to happen, though it could. Absolute presidential immunity could end the United States and cause war between the states. Just think about that for a moment. Conversely if Trump is elected president and sworn in Trump then has Biden and all Democratic politicians assassinated. This also is not apt to happen. Let's put absolute presidential immunity to bed. It is a dangerous, horrific idea.

Thank goodness only the State Dept, IRS and DOJ have absolute immunity…..

True, you can't have an authoritarian regime without the appropriate bureaucracies with the power to confiscate all your property, throw you in a cage, or possibly kill you, and have absolute immunity in doing it.

to be fair, Biden would be immune BUT, those that carried out the order would no and we all know that Biden, Trump or whoever is unlikely to be the trigger man.

I like extremists, but not the LEFTY kind...they suck.
Jim Bovard who wrote that article has been one of my favorite libertarian writers for years, which the left naturally labels as an extremist, but not a MAGA extremist.
