Homer and I like it. I believe he’s bought 3 bottles since we tried it in 2018. I haven’t been back to Vegas since that year but Homer has so it’s a regular bring-back for him.

Wait, what?

It was a gift but you wouldn’t buy it again? So does that mean you bought it for yourself? Think

I have a few of their bottles and they are all top notch. Uncut, small batch, etc... really good stuff, imo. Even their standard bourbon is good.

Finished my bottle of eagle rare tonight. It's been sitting with a pour and a half left for a long time, but I need to stop keeping "almost empty" bottles just because I don't want to finish them. Eagle rare was the only bottle I would chase after. It was totally affordable and really tasty, but I grew tired of the chase.

Keep some smaller, three and 4 ounce bottles on hand, and put your last poor or two into them to keep them from oxidizing before you decide to finally pull the trigger. I just put tiny little sticker labels on them so I know what it is.

Jeffersons / cask finished ( like yourself …I love, a pour of Eagle Rare )

^^^ Only a few more pours left. At today’s prices, once the last drop is drunk, there won’t be a replacement bottle. Crying

Single barrel is better IMO, but you can't go wrong with either. Another recommendation if you haven't tried would be Russell's 10 year.

I was able to snag 3 bottles of Russell's single barrel and it's amazing, now I just need to get the 13 year but I won't pay more than 15% retail on any bourbon (got some greedy stores by me)

Finished off the Willett. Kinda glad it’s gone Just didn’t check the boxes I thought it shoulda. Kinda gimmicky. I thought with the “cute” bottle it would really be better.

YES! Russell's Reserve 6 year Rye. Fan-fkn-tastic. I like it better than the Russell's Reserve Single Barrel Rye. Of the rye's I have sampled, the 6 year is the shizzle.

If you like the RR 10 year, you'll like the single barrel (non-rye).
