Indeed, I did. I managed to get 18 bottles of it and a case of Firestone Walker 805. Doing a small load of laundry and then packing up the suitcase. Waiting for the wifey to get back so she can figure out where she wants what when I load the bed of the truck. Beers are all in the cooler with a case of water on ice. 150 qt cooler. BigGrin

Thank you for the safe travel wishes, guys. Drivers be crazy. Razz

Just picked up my new rod & reel from UPS. They were supposed to hold it at the customer service center since I’m supposed to head out this AM. Good thing I got there before they opened as it didn’t get held. But, the security guard was able to notify an employee who talked to the driver who met me at the gate on her way out.

I feel like a kid in a candy store. Of course the reel is nice since it’s a gold colored PENN International. But, damn that thing is purdy. Strong too. You can see the carbon fiber through the resin. Can’t wait to drop a line.

Starting to heat up. It's 78/98 today but the RH is as low as 5% in the afternoon. Have to double fill the radiator after the morning 5 miler. The 110s aren't far away.

Been back a few days and anticipating our next vacation in July to Oregon. If I see a van down by the river I'm going the other way.

High of 81F, which is much cooler than yesterday. Heavily overcast with constant 8mph breeze. 58% chance of rain. Weather radar image shows storms slowly converging on the center of the state (greater Orlando) from both the west and east coasts. This is the typical summer weather pattern, except for the much cooler temperature.

Went to CVS to pick up my son's add medicine because he cannot find it anywhere near U of Miami, then to post office and pool. Poll was closed because the lightening signal went off and has not resumed yet. Not talking

Hope to get some laps in later...

Hope everyone has a great day!Herfing

Ya get a slow down around Buckeye on the 10 before 303? We came back into town Sunday and there was a 30 minute backup for construction.

If that were the case, there would only be two or three trees on my street. The estimates are most of the oaks are 100-125 years old. All of those in my yard are 60+ feet tall. Hey are beautiful.

Tricky thing is, you never know how alive or dead an oak is until you either cut it or it falls down.

It's the "size" of loss to his property value, the aesthetic value of the tree that isnolonger there. I got some cash for a huge pine that was struck by lightening at our last house.
