I have a suit but I can't tell you the last time I wore it. I use to have 3 of them but donated two of them since I don't need them. Not even sure if the one I have fits but I haven't gained or lost weight in a long time so it probably does. Maybe I have a high metabolism (shrug). Seems like my body hovers around 155-160 lbs no matter what I do or eat.
I eat when I'm hungry and snack throughout the day - candy, fruit, veggies, yogurt. I don't have an exercise regiment but probably walk about 8-10 miles a day at work. I prefer to be on the shop floor solving problems and testing new designs rather than sitting at a desk chair or in sales meetings. I know what I gotta do, if you need me come find me or page me.
If I need to dress fancy, ironed khakis and shirt is dressing fancy for me. Otherwise its cargo pants, short or long sleeve T-shirt and sweat shirt if it's cold. I'll wear shorts on personal time in the summer but while at work I prefer long pants while others prefer shorts.
A few guys I work with wear shorts all year long.
Me to Josh (Josh is average build, say mid 20's years old): "Josh what is wrong with you? It's MA in January - temp says 10° F outside and you are wearing shorts?"
Josh to Me: "I'm not cold. Sure it's cold when I go from here to my car but I'm not cold."
Me: shake my head... "something is wrong with you kid."
Maybe these short wearing folks in the middle of the winter in MA have a better circulation system than I do. I don't get it but whatever... as long as they are comfortable who am I to say.
{I still think there is something wrong, maybe they are not even humans
}
